(“Jinora Platform” / “Direct Selling Entity”), we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable digital services, including recharges, bill payments, wellness products, and other direct selling offerings. This Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, and procedures applicable to all customers, direct sellers, and users of our platform. Our objective is to maintain complete transparency, accountability, and fairness in every transaction and service we provide.
Refunds or adjustments may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
System or technical failures resulting in duplicate charges or unsuccessful transactions
Delivery of defective, damaged, or incorrect products
Compliance with regulatory, legal, or statutory obligations
Each case falling under these exceptions will be evaluated individually. The final decision will be communicated to the user within a reasonable timeframe.
A product will be considered eligible for exchange only if it meets the following criteria:
It is opened / unopened
It is unused
It is undamaged
It is accompanied by the original invoice
It is returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition
Products that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for exchange.
To request an exchange, users must provide:
A duly filled Product Return Form
The original invoice or receipt
The product in its original packaging and in saleable condition
Additional terms:
Exchanges are permitted only for products of equal or higher value.
If the selected product is of a higher value, the user must pay the price difference.
Shipping and return logistics costs for sending products back to Jinora Platform shall be borne by the user, unless otherwise communicated by Jinora Platform in writing.
All products returned for exchange will undergo a quality inspection to verify authenticity, condition, and eligibility.
Only after successful inspection will the exchange be approved.
Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–15 business days from the date of receiving and inspecting the product.
Users will be notified of the exchange status through email or phone.
Jinora Platform reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:
Product unavailability or stock limitations
Failure in payment verification or suspicious transactions
Operational, logistical, or regulatory issues that prevent successful order fulfillment
In such cases, users will be notified immediately. Any payments received for the cancelled order will be refunded through the original mode of payment, subject to standard processing timelines.
If the cancelled order involved any promotional offers, discounts, reward points, incentives, or benefits, Jinora Platform reserves the right to:
Recover such benefits, or
Adjust them against pending payouts, refunds, or future transactions, as deemed appropriate.
This ensures fair usage of promotions and prevents misuse of the platform’s incentive system.
In the event of duplicate payments, system glitches, network failures, or incorrect transaction processing, Jinora Platform will carry out a detailed investigation.
Corrections, refunds, or adjustments will be made at the sole discretion of the company based on the findings.
If any activity appears suspicious, unauthorized, or in violation of Jinora Platform’s policies, the company reserves the right to take immediate action, including:
Cancellation of the affected transaction
Temporary or permanent suspension of the User’s account
Reporting the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, if required
Refunds, cancellations, account adjustments, or product recalls may be undertaken to comply with applicable legal, governmental, or regulatory directives.
Users are responsible for shipping charges when returning products, unless otherwise communicated by Jinora Platform.
Returned items must be sent to the Head Office, authorized franchise, or designated Pickup Center, accompanied by a duly completed Product Return Form.
The return window is calculated from the actual date of delivery to the User until the date the product is received by Jinora Platform.
If the initial shipping cost was borne by Jinora Platform, such charges may be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
Any Business Volume (BV) earned from returned products will be reversed in the next payout or settlement cycle.
Incentives, bonuses, commissions, or promotional rewards associated with the returned products will be adjusted or withdrawn accordingly.
To prevent misuse of the return policy, Users are restricted from repurchasing the same product for 30 days following a return.
Jinora Internet Pvt. Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Updates will be published on the official website. Continued use of the Platform after such updates will be deemed as acceptance of the revised policy.
