1. A charge of rupees 1.5 will be applied for each PAN validation ensure that you entered the correct PAN no.
2. A charge of rupees 1.5 will be applied for each ADHAR validation ensure that you entered the correct ADHAR no.
3. A charge of rupees 2 will be applied for each BANK account validation ensure that you entered the correct BANK account no.

The purpose of this KYC policy is to verify the user’s identity and bank account details to prevent fraud, comply with applicable regulations, and ensure safe delivery of our services.
This policy applies to all users who submit their Aadhaar number and bank account information for verification.
Aadhaar Number for authentication via OTP/e-KYC.
Bank Account Details including account number, IFSC, and bank name, verified using secure banking methods.
The user submits Aadhaar and mobile number.
Aadhaar authentication is completed through UIDAI via OTP/e-KYC.
Bank account verification is completed through:
Option A: Instant verification via UPI/Bank OTP link, or
Option B: Micro-deposit-based verification (user confirms the deposited amount).
Upon successful verification, the user’s profile is marked as KYC_VERIFIED = true.
In case of failure, the reason is shown and a retry option is provided.
Before verification, the user must provide explicit consent.
The consent states that Aadhaar and bank details will be used only for identity and banking verification purposes.
We collect only the information required for verification.
We do not store the full Aadhaar number (recommended practice — store only last 4 digits).
Bank account numbers are stored in encrypted or masked format.
Data is used only for:
KYC verification
Compliance
Legal reporting purposes
We implement strong security protocols including:
TLS/HTTPS encryption for data transmission
AES or equivalent encryption for stored data
Access control (RBAC)
Logging and regular security audits
Verification logs (timestamps, status) are retained for audit compliance (e.g., 5 years).
Sensitive data is securely deleted when no longer legally required.
Users may report disputes or misuse through our support contact channels.
Complaints will be acknowledged and processed within 7–15 working days.
